My father was with the 52-54, 2nd batch. I occassionally contact Tuan Haji 
Zainal to update him on my father who is getting on in age & also lurk in 
the yahoo group as well as your site, just for some news to update my dad 
with (apart fr. Haji's Newsletter). Both great places, I must say. Thanks 
for setting the Kirkby website.
 
Anyhow, it was sad that we got news Dato' Hj. Idris Tain passes away on 
23rd June. Perhaps you'd like to update the 54-56 Alumni list when you are 
able. He had a host of complications from Diabetes, Coronary & BP as well 
as kidney related problems, being hospitalised for a few months before 
passing on.
